No parties in any of the properties; please be courteous of our neighbours.
We're afraid we don't accept pets in our vineyard barns. Well behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed in The Retreat and Woodchester Valley House but not on the soft furnishings or upstairs please.
Our Vineyard Barns are for over 18s only. Children and under 18s are welcome in Woodchester Valley House.
Children and under 18s are welcome in Woodchester Valley House however please note the Vineyard Barns are for over 18s only. For the Retreat babies up to 12 months and children over the age of 11 are allowed to stay. Please note that no baby/child equipment is provided.
Vineyard Barns: Full refund if cancelled more than 5 days before check-in. If cancelled less than 5 days before check in you will charged 100% of the first night and 50% of any remaining nights.
The Retreat & Woodchester Valley House: Full refund if cancelled more than 2 months before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled more than 1 month but less than 2 months before check-in. No refund if cancelled less than 1 month prior to check-in.
Payments to be made by credit/debit card. For The Retreat and The Vineyard Barns, full payment is taken up front. For Woodchester Valley House, 50% payment is taken up front with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
