Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted for 48hrs after the reservation for a full refund, minus the service fees.

Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to check-in will receive at 50% refund, minus the service fees.

Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will receive a refund of only the cleaning fee.

Payments are processed with Stripe and abide by Stripes terms and conditions, privacy policy and security policies.
