All cancellations must be notified in writing and once received we will confirm the cancellation. Depending on the type of booking and when we receive your cancellation notice, you may remain liable for a percentage of the booking cost, as follows:
Standard Rate Reservations:
- If you cancel at least 14 days before check-in you will receive 100% of the amount you have paid.
- If you cancel within 14 days of your stay, you will not receive a refund.
Non-Refundable Rate Reservations:
- Reservations made with the Discount code NONREFUNDABLE will receive a 10% discount on the Standard Rate and are non-cancellable and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows.
We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
If your booking is cancelled by us, for any reason, we will notify you of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund 100% of your payment to us for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to the value of payment(s) you have made to us.
