Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A valid government-issued ID and credit card are required at check-in.
  

Cancellations and Refunds:

•  Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the funds paid.
•  Cancellations made 7 days to 13 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the funds paid.
•  Cancellations made 2 days to 6 days before the check-in date will receive a 25% refund of the funds paid.
•  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 days before the check-in date.
  

Modifications:

•  Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
•  No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

• All reservations are subject to availability.
