Purpose of the Booking
The booking refers to the temporary rental of the villa for tourist use, as provided for in Article 3.2 of Ley 29/1994 de Arrendamientos Urbanos (Urban Leasing Act). The villa is intended exclusively for tourism purposes and cannot be used as a permanent residence. The booking is valid only for the number of guests specified at the time of confirmation, and the main guest (Booking Holder) must be at least 24 years old and responsible for complying with the property's rules.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 16:00.
Check-out: by 10:00.
The Booking Holder is required to complete the check-in form, providing personal details for all guests (name, ID, or passport number). This requirement is in compliance with Spanish tourism regulations. Upon departure, the villa must be left in the same condition as it was delivered, with furniture, equipment, and accessories in good condition.
Villa Rules
- No parties or events: Parties or events that may disturb neighbors or violate community rules are not allowed.
- Pets: A maximum of 2 small or medium-sized pets (up to 30 kg) is allowed, subject to prior written approval.
- No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
- Quiet hours: Quiet hours must be observed from 23:00 to 08:00.
- Responsible use: Guests must use all villa amenities with care and report any damages or malfunctions.
Included Services
The stay includes:
- Unlimited Wi-Fi.
- Final cleaning of the villa.
- Pool heating (during winter months).
- A set of bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels for each guest.
Additional services, such as extra cleaning or linen changes, can be requested in advance and will incur additional charges.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its furnishings during their stay. Any damages will be assessed and may result in additional costs. Guests are prohibited from making any modifications to the property without prior written approval.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Spanish law, particularly the tourism regulations of the Canary Islands and the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos. In the event of disputes, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Privacy Policy
Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and applicable Spanish legislation. The data will be used exclusively for purposes related to the management of the booking. 10. Final Provisions Confirmation of the booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
