We must be a little stricter than hotels and large resorts as the scale of our operation is smaller. Most of our bookings are done well in advance, especially in the high season. When you reserve, the cottage is held for you and all other inquiries for this time are refused. Cancellations up until 90 days before checkin date will receive a full refund. Cancellations up until 45 days before checkin date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of checkin date will not be refunded. If you have any worries about a possible cancellation due to health concerns or transportation problems, we strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance from a reputable provider.
