We must be a little stricter than hotels and large resorts as the scale of our operation is smaller. Most of our bookings are done well in advance, especially in the high season. When you reserve, the cottage is held for you and all other inquiries for this time are refused. For this reason, any refund of the total contracted price will be based upon our ability to re-rent the reserved time period. If we can re-rent any time of the period saved for you, those funds will be subtracted from your overall price and returned to you. If you have any worries about a possible cancellation due to health concerns or transportation problems, we strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance from a reputable provider.
