Rücktritt:
Der Mieter kann vom Mietvertrag schriftlich zurücktreten. Tritt der Mieter vom Mietvertrag zurück, ohne einen Nachmieter zu benennen, sind als Entschädigung unter Anrechnung der ersparten Aufwendungen die folgenden anteiligen Mieten zu entrichten, sofern eine anderweitige Vermietung nicht möglich ist:
-ab 4 Wochen vor Mietbeginn: 100 % des Mietpreises
-bis 4 Wochen vor Mietbeginn: 30% des Mietpreises (bei Neuvermietung wird der Betrag zurückgezahlt)
Die gesetzlichen Rücktritts- und Kündigungsmöglichkeiten bleiben hiervon unberührt.
Es wird empfohlen eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung abzuschließen.

Cancellation:
The tenant may withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract without naming a new tenant, the following pro rata rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved, insofar as it is not possible to let the property to another tenant:
-from 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100 % of the rental price
-up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price (the amount will be refunded in the case of a new rental).
The statutory cancellation and termination options remain unaffected. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Politica de Cancelación:
El inquilino puede rescindir el contrato de alquiler por escrito. Si el inquilino se retira del contrato de alquiler sin que haya un nuevo inquilino, se pagarán las siguientes rentas prorrateadas como compensación, en la medida en que no sea posible alquilar el inmueble a otro inquilino:
-hasta 4 semanas antes del inicio del periodo de alquiler: se pagara 30% del precio del alquiler (el importe se devolverá en caso de un nuevo alquiler)
-a partir de 4 semanas antes del inicio del periodo de alquiler: se pagara 100 % del precio del alquiler
Las opciones legales de cancelación y rescisión no se ven afectadas.
Se recomienda contratar un seguro de anulación de viaje.
