Cancellations must be made at least 5 days (120 hours) before the scheduled arrival to avoid any charges.
Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance will incur a 50% charge of the fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the fee.
Rescheduling - Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 5 days before the original appointment time, subject to availability.
Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies to you.
