Your Booking becomes effective upon payment of 50% (Hotel risk management

not refundable) of the total sum.  The open balance should be completed prior

to 30 days to arrival.   

The total sum will include:

1 The room price as the daily rate of the season X total of days.   

2 total of 7% Tax on the total room price.   

3 Utilities : $75 per night  Villia Ora di Oro

                         $50  per night  Cilla M i Cuna & Villa Pasha

                         $35 per night Villa Milonga 

                          $15 per night SashaApartment and Tango Apartment

                         $10 per night Lovely Rose, Rubys Apartment, Havana Apartment and Tiarra Apartment

4 Booking fee

                       $50 per booking.

Additionally a deposit will be charged to cover eventual damages and eventual

 Cancellation before 30 days will waiver 50% of the total sum. The Deposit is not a part of the total sum,

this can be paid on the last payment yet always compulsory. 

Cancelation: Non re-imbursable. 50% of total sum

Reservation can be placed on a later date considering the rate of the new period, additional costs and rates difference will be charged.
