Please note:
We do not allow smoking within any of the buildings.
We have NO mains electricity, water or gas.
Water comes straight from the surrounding hills and although it is filtered we would recommend drinking bottled water.
Cancellation, Returned Deposit & Non-Arrival Conditions
Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Payments already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions:
Cancellation made 28 days or more in advance of arrival date = 50% of confirmation payment made less any handling fees incurred.
Cancellation made under 28 days from arrival date = No refund issued, full amount of booking due.
All meals paid for in advance are fully refundable with over 14 days notice.
