Method of payment
The tenant has to pay a deposit of 20% of the total invoice amount immediately from the conclusion of the rental contract. The remaining amount is to be paid at the latest 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. The landlord reserves the right to withdraw from the rental contract in case of untimely payments.

Der Mieter hat sofort bei Abschluss des Mietvertrages eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 20% des Gesamtrechnungsbetrages zu leisten. Der Restbetrag ist spätestens 6 Wochen vor Mietbeginn zu entrichten. Der Vermieter behält sich vor, im Falle nicht rechtzeitiger Zahlungen vom Mietvertrag zurückzutreten.
