Fees:

Electricity will be charged at 0,20$/kwh. The average usage is between 5$ and 15$ per day.

Cleaning: Cleaning fee is included in the total price. It has a value of 220 $.

Taxes: there is a 6.5% combined Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax. 

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation of a booking within 24 hours of booking is free.

Between 24 hours after booking and 14 days before arrival: 50%

Thereafter 75%.

We are a short term rental and can only accept bookings for up to 28 days.

Payment Terms:

50%:  at time of booking through transfer or PAYPAL.

50%:  14 days prior to arrival.
