El alquiler está destinado exclusivamente al huésped y sus acompañantes, cuyo número debe coincidir con lo indicado en la reserva.

Días previos al check-in es obligatorio rellenar el formulario online con los datos de los huéspedes, que los propietarios deben comunicar a las autoridades españolas como parte del registro legal de la reserva.

No está permitido superar el número de ocupantes máximo permitido por alojamiento, incluyendo adultos y menores.

La estancia comienza a las 15:00h del día de entrada y finaliza a las 11:00h del día de salida.

El huésped se compromete a respetar en todo momento las Normas de la Vivienda y de la Urbanización, que se encuentran indicadas en la Guía del Huésped enviada con la confirmación de reserva.

The rental is intended exclusively for the guest and their companions, whose number must match the one indicated in the booking.

Prior to check-in, it is mandatory to complete the online form with the personal details of all guests, which the property owners are required to report to the Spanish authorities as part of the legal registration process of the reservation.

It is not permitted to exceed the maximum occupancy allowed for the accommodation, including both adults and children.

The stay begins at 3:00 PM on the check-in day and ends at 11:00 AM on the check-out day.

The guest agrees to respect at all times the House Rules and the Residential Community Rules, which are outlined in the Guest Guide sent with the booking confirmation.

El huésped abonará un 20% del importe total como depósito para formalizar la reserva. 

Se aceptan pagos por Paypal, Stripe, Bizum o transferencia bancaria.

La paga y señal es semi-reembolsable, en función del motivo y diálogo entre las partes.

El importe restante deberá abonarse en los 15 días previos a la fecha de entrada, por las mismas vías mencionadas anteriormente
