Payment Information:

 Prepayment is required to secure your booking, we require the balance payed at least one month before arrival if booking is less than a month before arrival we require payment in full when booking.

Temporary covid 19 cancellation policy 

 We are issuing full refund at any time if we are told to close due to lockdown restrictions or if we are in tier 4 here. If the current situation continues we will review the policies again.

 Full refund 5 days prior to arrival

Full refund for cancellations are made within 48 hours of booking, we require a deposit to secure your booking, we require the rental balance a month before arrival, if you cancel upto a month before we retain the deposit then upto a week before its 50 % of the booking and then no refund after 7 days before arrival
