Villa Casa Feliz is a privately owned four-bedroom villa with its own pool, on Pestana Gramacho Golf Resort near Carvoeiro. It sleeps up to eight.

Check-in from 15:00 · Check-out by 10:00. Earlier or later is often possible — just ask.

Included: pool and garden maintenance, Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, welcome coffee capsules, and an end-of-stay clean.

Pool heating is available at €40 per day for the full length of your stay. Please request it at least a week before you arrive so we can have the pool up to temperature.

Booking direct means no platform fees, and you deal with us rather than a call centre. Any questions before you book, email [email protected].

• More than 60 days before arrival: your deposit is refunded, less a €75 administration fee.
• 30–60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value is retained.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking value is retained.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation.

If we ever have to cancel your booking — which we would only do in the event of damage to the property or circumstances outside our control — you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.

All prices and payments are in euros (€).

• 50% of the total is taken now, by card or Apple Pay, to secure your dates.
• The remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival. We will email you a payment link in good time.
• If you are booking within 60 days of arrival, the full amount is taken now.
• A refundable security deposit of €300 may be requested before arrival, and is returned within 14 days of departure subject to inspection.

Your booking is confirmed once the first payment has gone through and you have your confirmation email.
