Occupancy

Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.  Unauthorized guests or overnight visitors may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation without refund.

We understand that travel plans can change and aim to provide a fair and flexible cancellation policy.

Refund Schedule

• Full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in
• 50% refund for cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in
• 25% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in
• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in

Cleaning fees ($150) will be refunded for cancellations made prior to check-in.

Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided for:

• Late arrivals
• Early departures
• Weather conditions
• Travel delays Illness
• Other circumstances outside the host’s control

Processing fees or payment-related charges may be deducted from eligible refunds where permitted by law.
