• Do not make noise, do not turn on loud music (especially on the terrace).
• Observe silence after 22:00.
• Don't disturb your neighbors.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
• Animals are prohibited.
• Loss of each set of keys will incur a 50 € penalty.
• If you have forgotten the keys inside the lock - lock replacement from 90 €.
• In case of damage to property, the Administrator has the right not to return the deposit in part or in full.
  

For bookings up to 28 nights.

Guests will receive a full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and up to 14 days prior to arrival. If canceled 7-14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the stay will be refunded. If canceled later, you will receive 100% of the booking price.

Long term cancellation policies apply for trips of 28 nights or more.

Guests will receive a full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking if 28 days or more are left before arrival. If the guest cancels the reservation later, we will transfer 100% of the payment for the period spent in the accommodation, plus an additional 30 nights. If there are less than 30 nights remaining at the time of cancellation, you will receive full payment for the remaining period.
