All notifications for cancellation of a booking are to be in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date all funds will be refunded.
Any cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival will result in forfeiting all monies being the full rental and charges levied.
Cancellation due to COVID-19 - If you are unable to travel due to a Government enforced COVID lockdown, you will receive a full refund.
A change of booking dates attracts the same conditions as listed above. No refunds for early departures or shortening of stays.
Port Fairy Retreats accepts payments via credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express).
50% deposit payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival.
