Details

Please note your booking is inclusive of the Local tourist tax, end cleaning and Towels /Bedlinen.

At check-in you only need to pay € 250 deposit ( €350 for Top14 ) in cash or have your credit card .

During summer you will receive the Kaprun-Zell am See summer card. This card is always included in your stay and cannot be ordered separately.

If you check in on time the card will be prepared and ready upon arrival

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival is always free of charge. We will automatically reimburse yur payment as soon as possible , but always within 14 days.

Cancellations less then 4 weeks before arrival are charged with a 100% cancellation fee

Payment details

For payments we are connect with Stripe payment provider. So, your payment is safe and protected. You will see "connect73" as receiving party. This is the name of our own booking agency.

We accept most payment methods. If your payment method is not available or you want to pay via another method, please contact us directly at finance@connect73.com. We will try to process it at your convenience.
