A refundable security deposit of USD 100 is required before check-in. You can pay it now by selecting "1" under Optional Extras, or we will send you a secure payment link closer to your arrival.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email and invoice as soon as it is completed, and your check-in and check-out instructions before you travel.

Every home is professionally cleaned and sanitised between stays.

Full refund — cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided check-in is at least 14 days away.

50% refund — after that window, up to 7 days before check-in, excluding the service fee.

No refund — less than 7 days before check-in.

We recommend confirming your travel plans before booking. Travel insurance is also a good idea for added peace of mind.

We accept secure online payments through Stripe — credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Klarna, Alipay and WeChat Pay. Your reservation is confirmed once payment has completed successfully.
