Payment is due within 14 days of booking and is part of the contract.
If the tenant withdraws from the contract, the following cancellation fees shall be due:
• From contract signature up to 61 days before the start of the rental, 20% of the rental price
• 60 to 31 days before the start of the rental process 60% of the rental price
• 30 days before the start of the rental process, 100% of the rental price

Tritt der Mieter vom Vertrag zurück, so sind folgende Stornierungsgebühren fällig:
