If you cancel your booking 2 months before your arrival date then you will lose your 50% deposit and related expenses. If you cancel your booking within the two months of your arrival for whatever reason you will be liable for 100% of the rental and related services costs and will not be refunded anything (except Covid 19 specific conditions). This reservation may be cancelled by Manager in its discretion becomes damaged/ or subsequently deemed unfit for habitation. Should this occur an alternate property would be offered if available, otherwise you may expect a full refund of all Rental fees and taxes paid to date. Any other travel expenses, including air tickets, rental outside of the agreement will not be reimbursed. Guest is responsible for all resort access fees. No exceptions to this policy can be made for any reason, therefore holiday insurance with a cancellation policy to cover any such rare occurrence is strongly recommended.
